John Chisholm MSc MCMI

John develops leaders and teams. He has 13 years of experience as a freelance trainer, coach, facilitator and mediator.

He has worked as a project manager, and in various senior management roles in both public and private sector organisations. He most recent interim work (2017) was as Quality Improvement (QI) Programme Leader responsible for embedding a QI culture with a large NHS Trust.

John is focussed on helping people to be happier and more productive in their work. He carefully tailors his group sessions to meet the specific needs of the audience and the business. He covers:

He has experience of developing executive teams, middle managers and project managers as well as people who are new or just a bit rusty. His session style is interactive and fun, always inclusive and respectful, with a primary aim of challenging and inspiring people to think and act differently back in work.
