
Graham Elder
Graham has been a professional facilitator, learning designer and coach for more than 25 years, in both the public and private sectors. He has worked both nationally and internationally, and his work includes designing and delivering leadership programmes for the NHS and the John Lewis Partnership, coaching skills development for the National Communications Authority of Ghana, facilitation skills at the MOD and strategic account planning capabilities at Fujitsu. He also works with politicians at both senior and backbench levels, and has lectured to opposition leaders in local government at Warwick University.
Personal effectiveness is at the heart of his work, and as a coach and mentor he is highly respected for his ability to provide focus and direction, enabling clients to solve difficult problems and dramatically increase their effectiveness. In delivering and facilitating large conferences through to small focused workshops, his broad background, dynamic and enthusiastic delivery style, and ability to achieve real learning outcomes and behavioural change for groups, individuals and organisations has been recognised many times.
